Garcia Medical Plaza

The Garcia Medical Plaza is a new 9,800 sqft Medical Plaza with an Urgent care center. This project included full site development with utilities and drainage.  The project consists of 28 private exam rooms and laboratory and x-ray services. The project was designed for multiple practicing physicians and so we had to design and incorporate different plans. During the construction of this project we experienced several setbacks like vandalism and weather delays and additional work. However the project was completed on time and the client took full occupancy right away.
