Construction was hired by Taylor Center Development to complete an
office park that encompasses 8 building. The project property
totals 435,600 sqft which was fully developed with parking and all
site utilities. The building total is 115,200 sqft of office flex
space. Each building was built with 12 individual units with
individual overhead door and full mechanical and electrical needs.
The project site brought challenges but our firm’s experience
was able to resolve and finish them on time.
