Up River Professional Park
Olympia Avenue, Punta Gorda, FL

The Upriver Professional park is a 20,300 sqft multiple building project. This park consisted of 5 buildings and common walkways and landscape islands. Elliot Tabor, LLC contracted our company to build the shell only design of this project. The project sits on 108,900 sqft parcel that was transformed into a business park. Including all utility, parking, landscaping and roads the project was completed on time and on budget. The county added the challenge to improve the access road to the park. Major modification were made to this road and were complete to the county and engineering specifications.
