The Wotitzky Law Firm and Kingdom Development group hired our company to complete a two story office building in the down town of the City of Punta Gorda. This project including the shell and build out of 11,000 sqft office building. The full site development was also completed. Including elevator and fire alarm the building was done to meet the needs of the clients and exceeded their expectations. On this project we were able to save more than $100,000 in value engineering in the concrete alone. The site also presented poor soil conditions but with our expertise was able to resolve them on time and with no additional budgeting.
